New Iberia - Funeral services will be conducted for Barbara Boutte Daigle, 63, on Monday, November 17, 2014, at 1:00 PM in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Theo Landry officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, November 17, 2014, from 9:30 AM until the services. A native of Lafayette and a resident of Cecilia, Mrs. Daigle passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014, at 11:14 AM at her residence. She is survived by her mother, Edith Myers Boutte Latiolais of Cecilia; her children, Shantel Guidry Lejeune and her husband Scott, Timmy Guidry and his wife Shellie all of Iota and Rodney Guidry and his wife Jennifer of Erath; her siblings, Patricia Landry of Arnaudville; Lawrence Boutte of Henderson, Donald Boutte, Robert Boutte, both of Cecilia, Kathleen Hayes of Parks and Caroline Venable of Cecilia and her grandchildren, Courtney Lejeune, Taylor Lejeune, Kassidy Guidry, Adley Guidry, Annslee Guidry and Brynlee Guidry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Daigle; her father, Nicholas Boutte; her brother, Harvey Boutte; her sister, Ramona Boutte and her first husband, Adley Guidry. Pallbearers will be Sandy Myers, Donald Boutte, Scott Lejeune and Alton Myers.
