Youngsville- A Mass of Christian Burial for Janelle Comeaux Vallot, age 76, will be held at 11:00AM on Monday February 2, 2015 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Youngsville, LA with Fr. Keith Landry officiating at the services. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 4:00PM until 9:00PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00PM at the funeral home and will resume Monday February 2, 2015 at 8:00AM until service time. Interment will follow in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Janelle Vallot was native of Youngsville and a resident of Broussard, La., and she was a parishioner of St. Anne Catholic Church. For over 25 years, she worked for Farmers Drug Store. She enjoyed her hand held games, chocolate pudding, and puzzles. Mrs. Vallot was a very nurturing woman who made everyone feel at home. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all who knew her, and will be loved, remembered and greatly missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years; Mr. Perry "Black" Vallot, five daughters; Darlene Coleman and husband Randy of Youngsville, Myra Latiolais and husband Paul of Carencro, Carita Vallot of Broussard, Joette Roper and husband Craig of Lafayette, Kim Hanchey of Youngsville, six grandchildren; Rhyana Reese and husband Brent of Broussard, Yvette Lavergne of Carencro, Jillian Coleman of Maurice, Callie Hanchey of Youngsville, Grant Roper, and Owen Roper both of Lafayette, five great-grandchildren; Evan Reese, Emma Reese, Ethan Reese, Allie Lavergne and Katie Lavergne and one on the way, Blaze Fontenot. She was preceded in death by her parents; Morenas Comeaux and the former Nolia Breaux Comeaux. Pallbearers will be, Charles "Randy" Coleman, Paul Latiolais, Craig Roper, Brent Reese, Chad Comeaux, and Scott Burley. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Bert "Lowell" Hanchey, Callie Hanchey, and Darlene "Ann" Coleman.
