Lafayette - A Mass of Christian Burial for Lula "Lou" Dugas Touchet will be held Monday March 9, 2015 at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Broussard, with Father Keith Landry officiating. Visitation will be in David Funeral Home of Lafayette Sunday March 8,2015 from 12:00 pm until 10:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm and will resume Monday from 8:00am until services. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Lou, a native of Lafayette and a resident of Youngsville, passed away Thursday March 5 2015 at her residence, she was a 1960 graduate of Father Tuerlings Catholic High School, she enjoyed a long career as a Lafayette Business Woman spending much of that time in the printing industry. She was a loving mother and grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents Elisie and Aimee Berard Dugas, a brother George Dugas and a sister Joyce Cheney. Survivors include her son Daniel A. Touchet of Lafayette; two daughters Beckie Touchet Courville and her husband Gene of Lafayette, and Mitzi Touchet Bourque and her husband Ray of Broussard; her former husband and friend Al Touchet of Lafayette; her brother Wallace Dugas and his wife Joan of Lafayette; grandchildren Hannah, Heather, Andre, Anthony, Amie, Alysa, Jake, and Hailey. Her beloved pet Molly Serving as Pallbearers will be Anthony Touchet, Jake Bourque, Andre Touchet, Chandler Credeur, Ray Bourque, and Gene Courville.
