"Jorge" as he was affectionately known by family and friends, was a graduate of Loreauville High School, Class of 2015, where he served in the band for eight years playing the baritone. He was well liked amongst anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him, his dry sense of humor always putting a smile on everyone's face. He loved hunting and fishing and was extremely talented and mechanically inclined. You could often find him working on four and three wheelers in his spare time. "Jorge" had a soft spot for animals, going as far as rescuing his best friend, "Lucky" from a cane field and nursing him back to health. Jordan was also given the nickname "St. Theresa" by his Confirmation classmates. He had a heart of gold, and his memory will be cherished among his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Gary Louis and Paulette Crochet Prince of Loreauville; brother, Jacob Paul Prince; maternal grandparents, Paul and Audrey Crochet of Loreauville; paternal grandparents, Louis and Marietta Prince of Loreauville; aunts, Gale Holmes and husband Kendall of Loreauville; Carolyn Roseberry and husband Mark of Loreauville; Melissa Thibodeaux of Michigan, Diane Borel and husband Carol of Carencro; Patricia Crochet of Lafayette; Uncles, Mike Crochet and wife Becky of Coteau Holmes; Malcolm Crochet and wife Vicki of Loreauville; Gerald "Ping" Crochet and wife Missy of Loreauville; Chris Crochet and fiancée Chris Broussard of Loreauville; numerous cousins; & special cousin, Kimberly Roseberry.
