Lafayette - Graveside services for Jessie Ray Manuel, 87, will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Broussard, LA. Jessie was a native and resident of Morgan City, LA. He was a retired truck driver with over 40 years experience and an attendant at Rouses Supermarket in Morgan City. He is survived by his children, Connie M. McAuliffe and her husband E. Jeffrey of Metairie, and Randy Paul Manuel, Sr. and his wife Joyce of Morgan City; daughter-in-law,Jaye Lynn of Morgan City, five grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. Mr. Manuel was preceded in death by his wife, Gertie Johnson Manuel, son Jessie Dean Manuel; parents Duplex Manuel and Neah Soileau Manuel.
