New Iberia - Funeral services will be conducted for J. C. Breaux, IV, 65, at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Mark Derise officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:00 PM. A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Breaux passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at 4:55 AM at his residence. He was a salesman at Conn's HomePlus. He was the former owner of Industrial Coatings and Supplies and was a former Senior Loan Officer at First Federal Savings and Loan. He loved woodworking, fishing, hunting and camping. He is survived by his companion, Pearl Trahan of New Iberia; his father, J. C. Breaux, III; his mother, Lucille Albert Breaux; his children, Amy B. Courrege and her husband John, II and Joseph C. "Joey" Breaux, V and his wife Kacie; his siblings, Kenny Breaux and his wife Kristi, Karen Faucheaux and her husband Danny and Kreig A. Breaux and his wife Tiffany; his grandchildren, John "Trey" Courrege, III, Angeleigh Courrege, Joseph C. Breaux, VI and Kohen Breaux all of New Iberia; his step-daughter, Debbie Miguez of New Iberia; his step-son's, Calvin Gaudet of Abbeville and Richard Gaudet of Houston, TX; fourteen step-grandchildren and seven step-great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kreig Breaux, Kenny Breaux, Danny Faucheaux, Shane Faucheaux, Sean Faucheaux, John Courrege, II and John "Trey" Courrege, III. Honorary pallbearers will be Jake Miguez, Alex Breaux and Sam Breaux.
