Jeanerette- A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 11:00am for Mr. Jeffery Wayne LaBeff, age 44, at 409 Domingue St., Jeanerette, LA 70544. A native of Laird Hill, TX and resident of Jeanerette, Mr. LaBeff passed away at his residence on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 7:02pm. His profession and his passion was trucking. He enjoyed delivering all kinds of freight across the country's great interstates. When he was not driving, Mr. LaBeff spent his time at home playing with his grandchildren, drinking his coffee and watching TV. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Meyers LaBeff of Jeanerette; father, James LaBeff of Kilgore, TX; children, Kyle Provost of Jeanerette, Lacey Prejean of Houma, Derek Prince of Jeanerette, Aaron Davidson and Tiffany LaBeff of Alabama; brothers, John Lynn LaBeff, Joe Elmer LaBeff, and Jacob Paul LaBeff; sisters, Judy Ann Contreras and Jackie Sue Chavez; 5 grandchildren, 16 nieces and nephews; and In-laws, Castle and Ethel Meyers of Jeanerette. He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Brown LaBeff; and two brothers, James Maurese LaBeff and Jerry Leon LaBeff.
