Youngsville - A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Gloria Bailey Williams, 88, will be held on February 1, 2016. The location and time will determined at a later date. A native of Houston, TX and a resident of Metairie Mrs. Gloria died at 2:10PM on Saturday, October 10, 2015. She was known for her enjoyment of gardening, playing bridge, reading and traveling. She is survived by two sons, Michael David Williams, Sr. of Tulsa, OK and Rick Glenn William of Youngsville; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Allen Williams; and her parents. David Funeral Home of Lafayette at 316 Youngsville Hwy (337)837-9887 will be handling the arrangements.
