Raymond Louviere

Lafayette- Funeral Services will be held for Mr. Raymond Louviere, age 68, on Wednesday  November 25 2015 at 1:00pm at the David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Cody Miller to  serve as the Celebrant.  Interment will follow at St. Anne Mausoleum.   Visitation will begin on Tuesday November 24, 2015 from 4:00pm until 10:00pm and resume  the next morning at 8:00am until service time.

A native of Lafayette and resident of Youngsville, Mr. Raymond passed away on Sunday  November 22, 2015 at 6:18pm at the Heart Hospital of Louisiana. Mr. Raymond enjoyed  rebuilding cars and playing with his hotrods.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 47 years, Norma Louviere of Youngsville;  his  mother Bertilde Louviere of Youngsville;  brothers Larry and Roland  Louviere; sisters  Eva Dell Guidry;  Audry Creech and her husband Lonnie;  Erline Guidry and her husband  Earl;  his son Jonathan Louviere;  his daughter Jodie Rodrigue and her husband Joey;  his daughter Jessica Clements and her husband Jonathan;   6 grandchildren,  Alexis  Rodrigue,  Lindsey Louviere, Aiden Clements, Emma Clements, Rylan Louviere, Coen Clements.   He was preceded in death by his father John Louviere, sister Sharlene Hind, niece Rhonda Guidry and his grandparents.

Upholding the honor of Pallbearers are Jonathan Louviere, Jonathan Clements, Jerry Mayer,  Mike Mayer, Brandon Darby, Clyde Warfel, and Connor Rawls.   Honorary Pallbearers will be Roland Louviere, Joey Rodrigue, Lee Steward, and Tony Decuir.   David Funeral Home of Lafayette, 316 Youngsville Hwy.
