Marie Rhodes

New Iberia - Memorial Services for Marie Hazel Veazey Rhodes, 83, will be conducted on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at 3:00pm at the Kingdom Hall.

Mrs. Rhodes passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015, at 6:27 AM at her residence.

She loved cooking, baking, gardening, owls, hummingbirds and flowers

She is survived by her sons, Allen Matthews of Patterson and Michael Borton of New Iberia; her daughter, Deborah Franz of New Iberia; her sister, Janel Fitch of New Iberia; nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Joseph Rhodes; her father, Willis Veazey and her mother, Inez Landry Veazey.
