A gathering of the family and friends will be on Thursday, December 3, 2015, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM and a rosary will be prayed at 2:00 PM.
A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Segura passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015, at 1:30 PM at his residence.
He was a self-employed Mechanic and an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved gardening and especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rosemary Randazzo Segura; his sons, Kirk Segura and his wife Jessica and Vic Segura and his wife Debbie all of New Iberia; his grandchildren. Meredith Clay and her husband Tony, Kressant Landry and her husband Kevin, Nicole Guilbeau, Victoria Segura and Jarrod Segura and his wife Kateri; his great grandchildren, Alec Clay, Evan Clay and Jesse Clay, Ian Landry and Andon Landry, Kelby Guilbeau and his wife Jennifer, Gage Guilbeau, Nicholas Guilbeau and his wife Taylor, Taran Guilbeau, Connor Leigh Segura, Madison Ransonet, Collin Ransonet, Roman Segura, Williams Segura and Jarred David Segura, Jr. and his sister, Mildred Landry of Lydia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robin and Elise Stansbury Segura; his bothers, Lee, Clet, Henry, O. J., Lloyd and Allen Segura and his sisters, Mable Ault, Vernice Babineaux, Alma Stroud and Olga Greig.
