New Iberia- A Memorial service will be held for Richard Sedlitsky Jr., age 50, on Sunday December 6, 2015 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at David Funeral Home of New Iberia.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Sedlitsky passed away on Wednesday December 2, 2015 at 5:30am at his residence.

He was employed as a Fitter/Welder and took great pride in his work.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Lisa Sedlitsky of New Iberia; father, Julius Richard Sedlitsky of Pennsylvania ; daughter, Cherie Anné Beyer and husband Jacob of Norfolk, Virginia; son, Cody Richard Sedlitsky of New Iberia; and two sisters, Maria Bair of Pennsylvania, and Stephanie Wise of Loreauville.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Broussard Sedlitsky.
