Visitation will be held Tuesday December 8, 2015 from 3:00PM until 8:00 PM and will resume Wednesday from 8:00AM until time of services. Burial will follow at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery in Youngsville.
Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed by all. Mary passed away Sunday December 6, 2015 at a River Oaks Retirement Manor. Survivors include her two daughters Judy Stelly and Sarah and her husband Steve Gregory; and one son Randal and his wife Dee Vallot; three sisters Louella and her husband Lester Boutte, Lorine and her husband Raymond Steiner, and Florine and her husband James Faul; four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Ray Vallot; her son Larry Earl Vallot, son in law Randy Stelly; her parents Arthur and Olivia Viator Hebert and one sister Ethel Hebert.
Serving as pallbearers will be Randal Vallot, Chris Stelly, Steve Gregory, Ernie Hebert, Melvin Romero, and James Romero, Joshua Vallot. Honorary pallbearer will be Edna Mae Romero.
