Clarence "Nip" Joseph Faulk

Abbeville – Funeral Services for Mr. Clarence "Nip" Joseph Faulk, 86, will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, January 18, 2016 at David Funeral Home Chapel of Abbeville With Fr. Kendal Faulk officiating.   Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Monday, January 18, 2016 from 10:00AM until the time of the services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM.

A native of Vermilion Parish and resident of Abbeville Mr. Faulk died at 6:34PM on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at his residence.  He was employed at McDermott for over 35 years before he retired.  He was known for his love to work, hunt, garden, and his love for his grandchildren.

He is survived by a son, Glenn Kirk Faulk and his wife Pamela of Abbeville; a daughter, Suzanne Faulk Watkins and her husband Sam of Kaplan; four grandchildren, Rachel Michel, Jamie K. Faulk, Scott J. Watkins, and Steven Watkins; and five great grandchildren, Katlin S. Gentry, Hunter Michel, Ava Marie Faulk, Jayden Watkins, McKinley Watkins, and Riley Watkins.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie LeMaire Faulk; his parents, Avery and Edith Nejuber Faulk; three brothers, Willis Faulk, Bernard Faulk, and Bernell Faulk; and a sister, Regina F. LeMaire.

Serving as pallbearers will be Steven Watkins, Jamie Faulk, Scott Watkins, Lonnie Morrison, Miles Borel and Buster Michel.
