Visitation will be on Thursday, February, 4, 2016, from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM and the rosary will be prayed in the funeral home at 7:00 PM and visitation will resume on Friday, February 5, 2016, at 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM.
A native of Iberia Parish and a resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Lemoine passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at 10:37 AM at her residence.
She was very passionate in her faith and family. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Kim Lemoine Trahan and her husband Bryan P. and Kathy Lynn Lemoine all of New Iberia; her grandchildren, Megan Trahan Burley and her husband Daniel of Youngsville and Justin Anthony Trahan and his wife Catherine of New Iberia; her great grandchildren, Riley Brian Spahr, Luke Benjamin Burley both of Youngsville and Amelia Helen Trahan of New Iberia and her special friend, June E. Provost of New Iberia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert P. Lemoine; her parents, Walter J. Dore and Natalie Lopez Dore; her sister, Ella Mae Dore Jeansonne; her brother-in-law, Joseph B. Jeansonne and her nephew, Julius Jeansonne.
Pallbearers will be Bryan P. Trahan, Justin A. Trahan, Gerald Trahan, Daniel Burley, Kim Leleux, John D. Provost and Riley Brian Spahr.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials for Masses or to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church Debt Reduction Fund.
