Annie Meaux Trahan

Abbeville - A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Annie Meaux Trahan, 91, will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at David Funeral Home Chapel, with Fr. Greg Cormier officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00PM.  Visitation will resume on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 8:30AM until the time of service.

A native and resident of Abbeville, Mrs. Annie died at 6:15AM on Thursday, February 18, 2016.

She is survived by her son, Glynn Trahan and his wife Mona of Maurice; daughters Sandra F. Trahan and Janice M. Trahan both of Abbeville; sister Anita M. Broussard of Port Arthur, Texas; eight Grandchildren; twenty-one Great Grandchildren; and six Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Prudence F. Trahan, and a son Allen Ray Trahan.
