Linda Benoit Fruge

New Iberia – Memorial Services will be conducted for Linda Benoit Fruge, 64, on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at 10:00 AM at Assembly Christian Center with Rev. Paul Neel officiating.

Inurnment will be at St. Francis Cemetery in Arnaudville at a later date.

Mrs. Fruge passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016, at 1:45 AM at Iberia Extended Care Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Roland P. Fruge of New Iberia; her daughter, Laura Thibodeaux and her husband Faron of Coteau; her son, Trent Fruge of New Iberia; her sisters, Cindy Benoit of New Iberia and Bonnie Bergeron of Port Barre and her grandchildren, Courtney Robicheaux, Brennan Thibodeaux, Grace Thibodeaux all of Coteau, Bobbie Gayle Fruge of New Iberia and Angela Benoit  of New Iberia, a very special niece who was loved as dearly as a daughter..

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Benoit and Laura Mae Noel Benoit and her sister, Farrell Fruge.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that you may perform an act of kindness to someone in need to honor Linda’s kind and generous spirit.
