Patricia Trimble

Visitation will begin on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 9:00AM until 2:45PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 11:00AM at the Funeral Home.

A native and resident of Jeanerette, Mrs. Patricia passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 2:27PM at a local nursing facility.

A faithful and devoted wife, Mrs. Patricia loved her family dearly, spending as much time possible with her children and grandchildren.  She was employed by State Farm Insurance for 15 years as a secretary before becoming a full-time housewife and mother.  In addition to enjoying family time, she loved reading and the challenge found by completing crosswords.

She is survived by her children, Dianne Trimble of Lydia, Jeanie Clement and husband David, Sr., Peter A. Trimble, Jr. and Cynthia, Patrick Trimble and Elizabeth and Mary Johnson and Bill all of Jeanerette; two sisters, Margeurite Hebert of Jeanerette and Maude Gary of Jeanerette; 13 Grandchildren; and 12 Great Grandchildren,

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Peter Able Trimble, Sr.; her parents, Mr. Joseph Andre` and the former Miss Eva Daigle; her daughter, Catherine Trimble, two grandchildren, Jason and Reed Clement and six sisters, Anna Mae Rosamond, Mable Mendoza, Vivian LeBlanc, Gerry Hebert, Mildred Barras and Myrtle Guillotte.

Upholding the honor of Pallbearers are David Clement, Jr., Eric Trimble, P. J. Freeman, Adam Trimble, Alec LaBiche and Doug Derouen.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Reed Freeman, Ian Newton, Harrison LaBiche, James Trimble, Ben Trimble, Mike Tatsch, Kevin Dearie, Steve Broussard, Burt Martin, Ronald "Gillo" Guillotte.

The family wishes to express a heartfelt and special thanks to Mrs. Cynthia Trimble for the amount of loving care she generously provided her mother-in-law, and to Bridgeway Hospice, especially Erin Viator R.N. for generously providing such an immense amount of care and compassion.
