Arleen Hebert Guillot

New Iberia- A service honoring the life of Mrs. Arleen Hebert Guillot, age 75, will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 20, 2017 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Father Ed Degeyter officiating the services. Interment will follow at Beau Pre Mausoleum in Jeanerette.

Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of New Iberia on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM.   A recitation of the rosary will be prayed at 6:00 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2017 and led by Mr. Marvin Hebert. Visitation will resume on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 8:00 AM until the time of service at 10:30 AM.

A native of Jeanerette and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Arleen passed away peacefully at Iberia Medical Center on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 9:40 PM. Arleen always enjoyed watching comedy. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor and she was never afraid to laugh at herself. Music was always a part of Arleen's life but her true passion in life was spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Dawn G. Bellamy and her husband Jeff of Atlanta, Ga., her son Millard "Billy" Guillot Jr. and his wife Penny of Jeanerette, son  Willard "Willy" Guillot and spouse Randy David of Opelousas, daughter Tammy G. Guidry and husband Trent of Maurice;  her loving pet cat Skittles;  her grandchildren  Millard "T-Bill" Guillot III and his wife Dustina of Patterson, Kayla G. Judice and husband Rusty of New Iberia, J. Taylor Bellamy of Atlanta, Ga., Rylan Guidry of Maurice, Ashley Guidry of Maurice; her great-grandchild Kyleigh Guillot of Patterson; her sisters  Mozell H. Fletcher of Jeanerette, and Cynthia H. Darcey and her companion Kenneth Miguez of New Iberia and a multitude of nieces, nephews, friends,  cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her father Willard "Whitey" Hebert, her mother Mildred Bonin Hebert, Millard "Joe" Guillot, and  Evelyn Theriot Guillot.

Upholding the honor as pallbearers will be Willard "Willy" Guillot, Millard "Billy"Guillot Jr., J. Taylor Bellamy, Millard "T-Bill" Guillot III, Craig Fletcher, Randy David and one honorary pallbearer  Mozell Fletcher.
