Loreauville – Graveside services will be conducted for Willie Granger, 79, on Monday, May 22, 2017, at 10:00 AM at All Saints Mausoleum in Loreauville with Rev. Harris Birch officiating.
A native of St. Martin Parish and a resident of Loreauville, Willie went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 19, 2017 at his residence. He was a manager for the Oil Industry for many years and enjoyed hunting and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Doris Arnaud Granger of Loreauville; children Christine Migues and her husband Creig of Loreauville, Albert Granger, Sr. and his wife Cheryl of Maurice, Dewey Granger and his wife Rachel of Huntsville, AL, Willie Granger, Jr of Loreauville, Brandy Landry and her husband Steven of Loreauville and Jamie Granger of Loreauville; grandchildren; Callie Migues Pohl, Chase Migues, Albert Granger, Jr., Thadd Meche, Jordi Granger, Brittany Granger, Zachary Granger, Abigail Granger and Ethan Landry; seven great-grandchildren; sisters Mary Frances Borel and her husband Clifton and Grace Bertrand and her husband Melvin; brother-in-law, Hulen Rodriguez and his wife Christa; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Granger and Pola Johnson Granger; sisters, Mildred Oliver and her husband Tommy, Mae Broussard and her husband Howard and Theresa Blanchard and her husband Virgil; brother Loadice Granger.
