Baylee Reed Simoneaux

Erath – A Mass of Christian Burial for BayLee Reed Simoneaux, 17, will be held at 3:30PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Andre Metrejean officiating.  Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.

Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 9:00AM until the time of the services with a recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM.

A native of Lafayette and a resident Erath, BayLee died at 5:58PM on Thursday, July 12, 2018 in Dulac.  He enjoyed playing video games, hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers.  He also enjoyed travel and had recently returned from a trip to France.

He is survived by his parents, Clement “Peanut” Simoneaux, III. and Amanda Lantier Simoneaux of Erath; a brother, Clement Simoneaux, IV. of Houston; a sister, Ernia Simoneaux of Bossier City; and a nephew, Jameson Hellen of Bossier City.

Serving as pallbearers will be Clement Simoneaux, IV., Joshua Hebert, Noah Domingue, Timmy Romero, Kendel Simoneaux, and Jody Evans Dupius, Jr.,

Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Sever John Renard.
