Linda Moss Miller

Erath- Funeral services for Linda Moss Miller, 71, will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday July 31, 2018, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Deacon Tim Marcantel officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum. Visitation will be held at David’s Funeral Home of Erath on Tuesday, July 31 2018, from 9:00AM until time of services with recitation of the rosary at 11:00AM. A native and resident of Erath, Ms. Miller passed away at 4:05AM on Monday, July 30, 2018,at Eastridge Nursing Center.  Ms. Linda was the Director of Nurses at Abbeville General Hospital where she was employed for over 18 years; she was a member of The Ladies Alter Society at Our Lady of Lourdes; and loved being outdoors.  She is survived by a son Michael Miller and his wife Maria of New Iberia, a daughter Christy Miller of New Iberia; two brothers, Clarence Moss and wife Liz of Erath, Robert Moss  and wife Lynn of Erath; a sister Agnes Fournier and her husband David of Lafayette; grandchildren Trystan Stoute, Jackson Stoute and Cohen Etie; best friend Sandra Chaisson. She is preceded in death by her parents Murphy and Carmen Landry Moss; the father of her children Donald Miller. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Miller, Scott Fournier, Andre Dore’, David Domingues, Lance Moss and Steve Caldwell.
