Visitation will be held at Beau Pre Mausoleum of Jeanerette on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 11:00 AM until time of services.
A native and resident of Jeanerette, Ronnie was a Councilman-at-large in Jeanerette for eight years, past Lieutenant Governor for the Optimist Club from 1984-1985, Distinguished President of the Optimist Club, a retired Master Sgt with the U.S. Air Force Fighter Wing 926 and a retired Senior Systems Analyst with AT&T for thirty-two years. His greatest times were spent with his wife, children, grandchildren and family.
He is survived by his two children, Chad Landry and wife Kimberly of Carencro and Holly Connolly and husband Erin of Morgan City; three grandchildren, Laudun Michael Landry and wife Amber, Bailey Claire Landry and Madison Marie Connolly; two sisters, Phyllis Camors and husband Robert, II of Jeanerette and Deena Napier of Jeanerette; four brothers, Kardell Landry, Sr. and wife Margaret of Jeanerette, Amos Landry, Jr. and wife Tina of Jeanerette, Joey Thomas Landry of New Iberia and Dana Jerome Landry and wife Ellen of Jeanerette; special friends, Lynne Hotard of New Iberia and Jackie Landry of Jeanerette.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Sydney Landry, parents, Amos Landry and Beverly Landry; three brothers, Terrell Landry, Timothy Lee Landry and Jackie Paul Landry.
