Tawana Mikolajczyk

Lafayette- Funeral Services for Ms. Tawana Helms Mikolajczyk, 80, will be held at a later date.

A native of Quanah ,TX and a resident of Lafayette.  Ms. Mikolajczyk died at 4:02PM on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Camelot of Broussard. She loved gardening, playing cards, and in her younger days enjoyed playing tennis and volleyball. Her greatest love was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Ray Mikolajczyk and wife Sandy of Fort Worth, TX, Raymond Felix Mikolajczyk Jr. and wife Chris of Lafayette; four daughters, Cindy Good and husband Sam of Broussard, Diana Vaughan of Broussard, and Katrina Webre and husband Chuck of Broussard, Aleta Richard and husband Ronnie of Lafayette; a sister, Laquita Arner, twenty-three grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Katy Rogers Helms; and a great grandson, Reese David Morgan.
