Ted Guillotte

Jeanerette—A memorial service will be conducted for Mr. Ted Guillotte on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 11:00 AM at David Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Kearn Dooley officiating.

Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 10:00 AM.

Ted Guillotte was born on December 23, 1964, in New Iberia to Terry and Rosalind Louvierre Guillotte. He was a lifelong resident of Jeanerette.

Ted loved his grandbabies more than anything. He also loved hunting, fishing, antique cars, tractors, horseback riding and raising horse as well. The most important thing that Ted will be remembered for is his love of tinkering with different things, either trying to fix something or build something new from spare parts that were lying around.

Ted is survived by his parents Terry and Rosalind Louvierre Guillotte; three children, Trevor Guillotte and fiancée Sadie Choate of Abbeville, Ashli Segura and husband Jacob of Jeanerette, Tristen James, Sr. and wife Trish of Jeanerette; grandchildren, Bayli Segura, Addieson Guillotte, Jacob Segura, Taryn James Tristen James, II; sisters, Shantel Verret and husband Ricky of Jeanerette, Desiree Sherville and husband Drapeau of New Iberia, Raquel Collins and husband Kempton of New Iberia, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kim Bertrand Guillotte, paternal grandparents, Eugene and Mildred B. Guillotte and his maternal grandparents, Victor and Rose Mary B. Louvierre.
