Jeanerette— Graveside Funeral services for Miss Marjorie Prince will be conducted on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at 10:00 AM at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Patoutville, with Dr. James Hodges officiating the services. Marjorie Prince passed away at the age of 83 on Friday, November 30, 2018, at 9:30 PM at Maison Teche Nursing Home. Marjorie Prince was born on September 21, 1935, to Lawrence and Lillian St. Pierre Prince in Morgan City and she was a lifelong resident of Lydia. Marjorie loved watching car racing, cooking shows, wrestling matches on tv and playing bingo with her friends. She is survived by her brother, Lawrence “Anthony” Prince and his wife Joanne, Dean Prince and niece Jennifer Prince; nephews, Kevin Darby, Anthony Prince; brother-in-law, Lester Darby, and numerous great-nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; Lawrence and Lillian St.Pierre Prince; sister, Iris Prince Darby; nephew, Lester Darby, Jr.; nieces, Shelia Darby, Debora Darby, and Pam Darby Boudoin.
